Great base for a DC visit!
Located near mall and Metro station. The room was like a small apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff even did a few dishes we had left from breakfast. Only concern is that the street is noisy (can get ear plugs or white noise from front desk

Great base for exploring DC; however, light sleepers avoid
Our deluxe room was very spacious. With the sofa bed, armchair for the whole family to sit and the kitchen, the place feels homey. The staff was nice. The location was great with the metro and both Whole Foods (we had hot breakfast and picked up dinner there a couple of times) and Trader Joe's only steps away! My only complaint is that due to proximity to the GW hospital, the constant sirens disrupted our sleep

Loved the location!
Great location, We used the Metro system and also walked and it worked for us! Loved the costumer service, the neighborhood and rooms. We will come back, that is for sure, really an amazing and incredible city

Great Customer Service
Great location; close to all the attractions of D.C., plenty of restaurants, as well as GWU hospital. Antonio was especially helpful with helping me make my reservation and ensuring I got the best rate available

The Only Place I'll Stay in DC
This hotel delivers 5-star service at a 3-star price. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like a queen. A friendly doorman opens the door and greets you with a smile. The lobby has fruit-infused water for guests. The front desk is manned by caring and helpful staff who are willing to go above and beyond for every guest. We arrived two hours early and when I asked if we could leave our bags, the front desk staff immediately offered to see if we could check in and then found us a room. The room was a spacious double/double suite with a huge kitchen. I could have cooked a Thanksgiving turkey in the oven! The kitchen has a full-size fridge, pots, pans, dishware, silverware, spatula, coffee maker, toaster, and even fresh coffee beans and a coffee grinder! You can order groceries from the front desk, but we popped over to a nearby CVS to get eggs, bagels, butter, and milk. This allowed us to make a delicious breakfast each morning before we set out on our adventures. We were delighted to return to our room and discover that Housekeeping had washed all our dishes each day. Thank you so much for going way above and beyond here. The room was spacious. We had two closets. The bathroom had a separate area for the shower and toilet. The water was hot and great pressure in the shower. The body wash and shampoo and condition smelled amazing. The whole place was very clean. The beds were luxurious and I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. We had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. We heard a bit of street noise during the night, but that's to be expected in a city. The location is super convenient for DuPont Circle and Georgetown too. Easy walking or quick Uber. The metro ride from Union Station was quick and easy. The hotel was a block or two from the Foggy Bottom stop and 5-6 blocks from Farragut West. The hotel hosts a free wine hour for guests between 5-6 pm in the lobby, which was yet another great perk. Sandra and Tea felt like friends by the time we checked out and we will definitely be back here again to see them in the spring! This is truly the kind of place you want to come back to again and again and is our new home away from home in DC. Thank you so much for making our stay such a terrific experience
