Chef Ashley holds a Bachelor in Psychology & Sociology and culinary training from L'Academie de Cuisine. Prior to joining us at Modus, Ashley held several roles including managing multiple area Sweetgreen locations and as an instructor at her culinary alma mater. Her cooking career began at Poste Moderne Brasserie in the Hotel Monaco where she honed her skills cooking under Chef Rob Weland eventually joining us as Sous Chef for Notti Bianche. At Notti, Chef Ashley worked tirelessly with our Area Chef to overhaul the menu while at the same time building an award winning team. She soon moved to Circle Bistro as Executive Sous Chef where she developed and oversaw our banquet and catering menus. Chef Ashley has been instrumental in building and maintaining our high level of culinary competitiveness and has developed a team dedicated to serving our guests a meal that is both comforting and sophisticated.
